New Mexico’s Most Wanted Adds Two New Violent Offenders with 10,000 Dollar Reward

 
**UPDATE: Joseph Cruz was apprehended in Albuquerque on 03/11/16 during a joint law enforcement investigation. Cruz was taken into custody after a foot pursuit.**

Lionel ClahAlbuquerque, NM - The United States Marshals Service along with the New Mexico State Police and Task Force Officers from the United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force added Lionel Clah and Joseph Cruz to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted. Clah and Cruz are escaped inmates from the New Mexico Department of Corrections. Both Clah and Cruz have violent criminal histories involving weapons and charges including murder, armed robbery and assault.


Deputies and Task Force Officers assigned to the United States Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force are actively trying to locate Clah and Cruz it is believed that both have been Albuquerque Metro area recently. It is asked that anyone with information contact either the United States Marshals Service or the New Mexico State Police at (505) 841-9256option 3 or 911.


The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico would also like to announce that the United States Marshals Service will post a reward for up to $10,000 each for information that leads to the arrest of the Clah or Cruz.


Clah and Cruz are considered armed and extremely dangerous and should be reported to authorities immediately.
